Returns Policy

This is a fictional demonstration returns policy. No actual returns are processed.

Return Window

Books may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Books must be unused, unread and in their original packaging. Books showing signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

eBooks and audiobooks cannot be returned once the download has been initiated.
